This website is operated by Nu Onda Pty Ltd (“Nu Onda”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the user, customer, or purchaser.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.
Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
Pre-Orders
Nu Onda offers pre-order services for selected products. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Full payment is required at the time of ordering
Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to manufacturing or shipping delays
Store credit cannot be used to pay for pre-orders
For international pre-orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes
Shipping & Delivery
Australia
Free express shipping on orders $200 and over
$15 flat rate for orders under $200
International
Free DHL Express shipping on orders $1,000 AUD and over
$40 flat rate for orders under $1,000 AUD
We aim to dispatch all orders within 12–48 hours of payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Nu Onda is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer store credit or exchanges on full-priced items within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Returns Policy. Sale items, accessories, and pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. For international orders, currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method and bank. We are not responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Nu Onda website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography, is the property of Nu Onda or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.
