Shipping policy

Australia
• Free express shipping on all orders $300 and over
• $15 flat rate for orders under $300
• Orders ship within 12–24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays)

International
• Free DHL Express (3-6 business days) shipping on all orders $1,000 AUD and over
• $40-60 for orders under $1,000 AUD

• Delivery can take up to 14 days max depending on destination
• Recipient is responsible for any customs duties and taxes (please note US customs taxes are currently very high due to tariffs) 

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we can't redirect parcels once shipped. For secure delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone is available between 9am–5pm. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave our premises.

• Full payment is required at checkout (store credit cannot be used)
• Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Delivery timeframes vary and may take up to 6 months — dates are estimates only and delays may occur
• You’ll be notified once your order is ready to ship
