Refund policy

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds on our stocked brands. However, returns are accepted for exchange or credit note within 7 days of receiving your order.

The exception: Items from our in-house label, Nu Onda The Label, are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions of Return:

  • Original receipt required as proof of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection at management's discretion.

No returns, exchanges or refunds on:

  • Sale items
  • Jewellery, lingerie or swimwear
  • Footwear with marked or scratched soles

Faulty items: If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note we may need to liaise with the brand directly for this process.

Return postage is at the customer's expense. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
